– About TACOPA

TACOPA is a native app for iOS and Android that allows you to simultaneously post videos to multiple social networking services (SNS) with a single operation. We are also planning to develop a feature that will allow you to collectively check the performance of your posted videos.

It significantly reduces the time and effort required for video posting. Additionally, by cross-referencing SNS analytics in Ver2 (the paid version), it helps you develop more effective video strategies.

Currently, it is a free beta version. We plan to release Ver2, a paid version with enhanced features, in early August 2025.

– Features

Instagram (Feed & Reels), TikTok, YouTube Shorts.

During the free beta period, there is no limit.

This is based on the specifications of each SNS. Please also check the help section of each SNS for details.

Yes, it’s possible. After registering your video, scheduling options will be displayed.

If you navigate to another screen while posting, only the latest content you were editing will be saved.

– Account Linking

Please follow the in-app instructions to authenticate each SNS.

Yes, it’s possible.

Linking proceeds smoothly if you are logged into the SNS on your smartphone’s default browser. If you still have trouble, please contact support.

If you wish to post to Instagram during the beta test, please follow the steps below to link your account: 

1. Please change the Instagram account you wish to post to, to a Business Account. For instructions on how to change to a Business Account, please check the Instagram Help Center. 

2. After changing to a Business Account, please inform the TACOPA support team (via the form) of the User ID of the Instagram account you wish to post from. 

3. After confirmation by our support team, we will send a linking request to your account. 

4. Please log in to Instagram from a PC browser or smartphone browser yourself and approve the linking request from TACOPA.

 *Please note that approval cannot be done from within the app. *Please note that the Instagram linking and posting features from TACOPA cannot be used until the approval process is complete.

Pricing, Refunds, and Cancellation(※Subscription version coming soon)

Yes, all features are available for free during the free beta period.

  • There are no restrictions.
  • SNS platforms may impose their own usage limits. We will announce any such cases on our official website.

We plan to release the paid version in winter 2026. Details about pricing plans will be announced as the release approaches.

  • TACOPA Lite Plan pricing:
    • 1 week: $2.99
    • 1 month: $6.99
    • 1 year: $59.99 (approximately $4.99 per month – great value!)
  • Only the annual plan includes a 14-day free trial.
  • TACOPA uses a “prepaid” billing system.
  • For example, with the annual plan ($59.99):
    • You pay $59.99 upfront
    • You purchase the right to use TACOPA for one year
    • Even if you cancel midway, you can continue using it for the full year
    • No refunds are provided for unused portions
  • This is the same system used by many apps like Netflix and Spotify. Please review our terms of service before subscribing.
  • It’s a system where your subscribed plan automatically continues:
    • To cancel, you must complete the cancellation process at least 24 hours before the next renewal date
    • If you forget to cancel, the same plan will automatically continue
    • After cancellation, you can still use the service until the current contract period ends

TACOPA’s paid plan uses the App Store/Google Play subscription feature.

To cancel, follow these steps:

■ For iPhone users

  1. Open the “Settings” app on your device
  2. Tap “Apple ID” → “Subscriptions”
  3. Select “TACOPA” and cancel

■ For Android users

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Menu → “Payment & Subscriptions” → “Subscriptions”
  3. Select “TACOPA” and cancel

Note: You can continue to use the service until the end of your contract period even after cancellation. Note: Paid plans are scheduled for implementation in winter 2026.


  • Cases where we will provide refunds:
    • When someone under 18 made a purchase without parental permission (handled through contact from parents/guardians)
    • When our system problems prevented long-term usage
    • When we accidentally charged twice due to our mistake
  • Cases where we cannot provide refunds:
    • “It wasn’t what I expected”
    • “Other apps were better”
    • “I’m having financial difficulties”
    • “Billing started after the free period ended”
  • If you complete the cancellation process, future renewals will stop. You can continue using the service until the end of your current paid period.

  • Before using TACOPA:
    • First, try the free version to see what you can do
    • When considering the paid version, please check the feature details before subscribing
    • If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before making any payment
  • We cannot provide refunds for the reason “it was different from what I expected,” so please check in advance.
  • A. Please contact us using the following steps:
    1. Check your payment history on the App Store or Google Play
    2. Contact us through our inquiry form with detailed information about the problem
    3. If necessary, send screenshots of the payment screen
  • We will take full responsibility for any problems caused by us.
  • At TACOPA, to ensure our customers can use our service with peace of mind:
    • We display pricing clearly
    • We inform you about auto-renewal in advance
    • We provide detailed explanations about terms of service and refunds
    • You can experience actual features with the free version
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before making any payment. We will definitely respond to cases where refunds are required by law (such as purchases by minors).

– Troubleshooting

Please check your internet connection, video file format and size, and the posting restrictions of each SNS. Also, try restarting the app.
