Payment Method: App Store Payment / Google Play Payment
Payment Timing: At subscription start and each renewal
Free Trial:
- 14-day free trial available for 1-year plan only
Service Provision
Service Delivery: Available immediately after payment completion
System Requirements:
- iOS: iOS 16.6 or later
- Android: Android 8.0 or later
- Internet connection required
Contract & Cancellation
Contract Period: Selected plan period (1 week, 1 month, or 1 year) (auto-renewal)
Renewal: Automatically renews for the selected plan period unless cancelled
Cancellation Method:
- iOS: Cancel through App Store “Subscriptions”
- Android: Cancel through Google Play “Subscriptions”
- Must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal date
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy:
- Subject to App Store/Google Play refund policies
- Generally no refunds after service usage begins
- No pro-rated refunds available
- Service remains available until end of billing period after cancellation
Exceptional Refund Cases:
Individual consideration may be given for:
- System malfunction preventing service usage
- Contracts made by minors without parental consent
- Other cases specifically approved by our company
